    Hi Elena,

Brizy Cloud works quite smoothly with Google Chrome in general. It should not ideally matter if you are using Google Chrome on a Chromebook.

However since Chromebook is limited in hardware resources if you have installed several browser extensions, this can make the browser slow and hence Brizy Cloud editor can open slowly. Please try disabling as many extensions as possible and check again.

nope. no extensions loaded. did a powerwash of chrombook, only loads are standard chrome apps, no extensions.

My guess, may be something chrome browser settings are preventing page load. Brizy support help please!

    Hi Elena

We do not have a way to reproduce the issue at out end (as none of us use a Chromebook). Hence it is a bit complex to offer support.

    Can you confirm these?

    1. If you access Brizy Cloud Dashboard from a regular laptop/ desktop, is your experience the same or different?
    2. Are you accessing internet from a shared Local Area Network or a shared WiFi?
    3. If you use an alternate Internet Service Provider, do you still have this issue?
    4. Do you know if your Chromebook is accessing Internet through a proxy server?

If the issue is specific to your Chromebook, we may need to take a look at your system through a remote access software like https://www.teamviewer.com/
