Images disappearing shortly after uploading

Hi there,

I uploaded the images to this page (https://freestar.com/who-we-are/) earlier today and this afternoon, I was made aware that the images disappeared. I would like to get to the bottom of this because we can't have images disappearing out of the blue.

Could you take a look? Your colleague KC George has access to our WP admin.

  Here's what we were able to pull. We're not getting images when we open them up directly to see what the missing image is.

  What we're seeing is on the home page images link to an actual folder in the media library whereas the images that disappear have the link above. I've tried added new images to see if that'll help and nothing.

  Hello David,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro ) one by one and activate a WP default theme? Let me know if it works, although I will create an issue in our internal channel.

  Hi Nelea,

   

  I just loaded a new blog and on the blog page, the image is gone along with another. Why is this happening? Is there a fix?
