SEO Results domain

Hi, I launched my website: https://www.outlierz.io/ since one months and it's not appearing in google when searching with the url name. I've built other website with Brizy cloud in the past and there was the possibility to add keywords. Now the only option I see is SEO description. 

I also created the site map as suggested in this article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041720332-Sitemap-XML

1. Is there a way to add keywords?

2. Am I missing something?

I loved Brizy for the SEO option, but now something has changed. Any help is really appreciated.

  Your home page, About us page and the Career Advisors page are indexed with Google. Please see below

  

  To increase your ranking for a specific keyword, your page title, page description, URL, page headings and, paragraphs, image alt tags etc. should carry the specific keyword.

  As you can see from this article meta keywords are not an important factor for ranking. https://www.wordstream.com/meta-keyword
