Your email was not sent - But it was

When I submit a completed form I am getting a warning saying the form was not sent but I am receiving the email.

I have the latest version of Brizy and Brizy Pro
I've tested a basic form on another test page and I don't get the error.
It's connected via SMTP using the correct details.

Any help will be greatly received.

  Hi Ben,

  In your form, apart from the SMTP option, do you see another option also selected here?
