Unable to access pro features again

I am a BCloud Member for a few months now and i am not able to access the pro layouts, it keeps telling me to upgrade to a pro subcription. please let me know how can this be fixed.

  Hi Tom,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We have checked your account and you have all the pro options activated. Also, I notice that you have many projects. When you enter in a project, where the owner of that project has a free account, then in that account you will have also the free options. You can not use the pro options in a free account.
