Where do I translate the time stamp?

Where do I translate the time stamp? (hours, minutes...) There are only a few languages in the settings.

  It's not about the settings, but in which file I find the language string for English. I then translate it into my language.

  Sorry; we do not have it in an editable file.

  I found that these strings are in the editor.js and preview.js files. I'll try to edit it there.
