Cancel subscription

Hi

I have two subscriptions on the same account/username

One Personal Cloud and one Freelancer Cloud

I would like to move the website connected to my Personal Cloud, to the Freelancer Cloud.

(I'm not sure wich website it is, because they all shows in my dashboard)

After that I would like to cancel my Personal Cloud since I'm using the Freelancer Cloud.

Next payment for the Personal Cloud is 26th April

 

Username for both Subscriptions:  webreg@digitec.no

  Hello Roger,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  1. You don't need to move the website from one account to another one, because both plans are purchased with the same email. 

  2. The subscription for the personal Plan was canceled.
