Vimeo embed fails intermittently on Facebook browser

Hello, I'm having a big problem with your Vimeo embed widget. The embed seems to fail intermittently and only plays the sound, no video.

This is a problem on Facebook browser.

  The screen recording at the above link did not play. I have just tested a Vimeo video in the Facebook browser. It seems to play fine. Here is my screen recording. https://jmp.sh/7JQZJUa

  George, apologies for the delay. 

  Not sure why you cannot download the video from Google. Maybe a VPN or regional issue?

  Please review. This is a major issue, especially if your customers are advertising to a landing page that contains your video widget.

  Hi David,

  Looks like you are using a different player for the the videos at https://www.kicktype2.com/webinar/ and https://www.kicktype2.com/webinar-v2/. How do I reproduce the problem you are referring to ay my end? Do you have a link that you can share with us where we can see this problem?

  Hi George,

  I have the video embedded via custom code on both of those pages.

  To reproduce the problem, you'll need to visit a page with a Brizy video embed and reload a few times, as shown in my screenshot.

  Hi David,

  I could reproduce the issue when playing Vimeo videos on Facebook mobile browser. Please consider these two work arounds

  1. Use the Presto Player. This seems to work fine with Facebook mobile browser. See my test page with Presto Player.  https://homi.kctest.online/vimeo
  2. Only Vimeo videos have issues with Facebook mobile browser. YouTube videos appear to work fine on Facebook Mobile browsers. Consider uploading the same video to YouTube and display it using Brizy Video element.
