    Hi Gary

When you fill up and submit the form, did you receive the message " Your email was sent successfully"?  If you saw this message, at the WordPress Dashboard you can find your leads under Brizy - Leads

Even after seeing this success message, if you have not received an email, try these

    1. Check your email SPAM folder
    2. Check if there is a spelling mistake in the email address you have specified in the "Email To" filed.
    3. Try adding an alternate email address with a comma in between and check if you receive the email notification in your second email.

Hi, I just tested it by adding in a comma and a second email address. I was able to receive the email on my second email address (gmail account) but did not receive an email using my domain (eg. info@mydomain.com). What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Hi Gary,

Emails sent out from WordPress can get rejected by some mail servers as it is not a proper SMTP server; especially if the mail server has strict SPAM control rules.

To overcome this issue, consider sending  out your Form Data using your domain's SMTP server. You need to use the SMTP option within the Brizy Form. https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043766792-Email-notification-via-SMTP

Hi, I am unable to deselect wordpress as an option after I have selected smtp. How do I uncheck wordpress as an option now if I am switching to smtp?

Hi, how do I polish the look of the emails? They look very unpolished right now and cramped into a small space. I want to have more separation and spacing between each section of the email and also to be able to bold sections of the email such as "subject", "name", or "email".

Hi, I just discovered when trying to reply back to the email from the contact form that it instead replies back to the admin email on my wordpress website instead of the email address that they user used to fill out the contact form. How do I get to reply back to their email address instead?

    Hi Gary

How to deselect WordPress as an option

In Brizy you do not have an option to deselect a previously selected Email Notification option. As a work around, click on the "Duplicate" icon at the right hand side top corner of the form and make a copy.

When you make a copy, all Email Notification selections made will be reset. Then you can add the SMTP option.

    How to format your email?

You can format your Email using the Brizy short codes and using HTML tags. You can find instructions for it towards the end of this article. https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043383792-Email-Notification

Keep in mind that the short codes are specific to each form and are based on the form fields. To see the list of short codes for your form, please click on the question mark here

    Reply To email address

At the moment, we do not have an option to specify the "Reply To" email based on the data user fills up in the form. For now, you will have to manually enter the Reply To email address. This feature is included in upcoming Brizy 2.4.0 release which is expected within a month.

Thank you but I ended up using a wordpress contact form plugin to resolve the reply to email address issue as this is major feature that I require right now.
