Hi,

Is it possible to set the team member role to manager to publish the site but not create and publish another new extra site?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you set the manager role to a user, then he can publish all the projects from the dashboard. You can change the role of a user as a designer- in this way he cannot publish any project.
