Some Blocks are not working..

I can't seem to activate a go to block for some of the words on the top ... I've tried to duplicate and re write the text. Nothing is working. Some work. 

Can you see why this is happening. Not the first time I've had issues with blocks. I even tried naming the block to go to... 

Even some strange issues where some of the text boxes the text is underlined and some are not.. I tried to make the change but it's not going live. Like some blocks don't want to update.
