Problem with saving changes

I work on the briny editor and change parts. If I hit update the change won't save. Ive had this issue a couple of times and ws wondering if it is normal or if there is a work around to it?

Also now I am at a point where it won't save the changes at all, even if I keep trying it multiple times for several minutes. This is no work environment. It won't link new uploads. 

Furthermore the linking within the site aint working properly. Im shocked of how inconsistent the performance is at this point.

  Try this and see if it helps. Sign into your WordPress Dashboard from a Browser Incongnito window and check if you have the above issues. 

  

  If it helps, it means that you have accumulated local cache on your development browser. To fix this issue, try clearing cached files and images in your development browser.

  I checked all your menu links. Internal hyperlinks appear working fine at my end.
