Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical - lost all the organic traffic in Google...

Hello,

Can you help me with the following problem?
We received a ticket (16582) earlier, I sent a lot of videos about my problem but no useful feedback for almost 3 weeks.... and we are constantly losing results, losing all our organic traffic, and rankings from Google.

So the problem is here: 

All the pages we have created have the same canonical link, which shows the main page. Good for the main page but bad for the others. I tried to add "embed code" didn't help cause it just duplicates the canonical link. 

In the emails I sent you, you have all the information, just please do something. It should be an easy thing to change this thing in the html parts.
