How to setting sidebar on cloud? And How to setting blog as homepage?

Hi,

I want to setting https://havefunbar.brizy.site/ like https://havefunbarjp.blogspot.com/

But don't know how to setting right siderbar (FB Page), and don't know how to setting as blog on homepage.

Please help.
