SSL on White Label Website

Hello, 

We purchased your white label program for Brizy and we created a site on it. For many weeks it has been working perfectly. We just got a call from the client telling us that his site is down, we do see that there is an SSL Certificate issue. We looked into the CNAME and it is properly set up so we are trying to figure out what is causing this issue. The client is Milan Ultra.

  I just checked your client website. SSL appears working. Can you please check at your end?
