Brizy Pro Studio/Brizy Pro Lifetime + Agency Cloud

Hi there,

We were unaware that the Agency Cloud plan would require a separate account and would replace the Pro Studio/Pro Lifetime account that we currently have.

For this reason, we'd like to please request a refund for the Agency Cloud plan.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Brizy Agency Plan will not replace the Studio Plan, you will have 2 separate plans in 2 different accounts, Agency Plan in one account and Studio Plan in another account. Cloud Agency plan can't stack up on any other plans, it needs to be on a separate account. There are technical considerations for the white label options that need to be applied on the Agency account only.
