processing time for setup

Hello,

I bought the Brizy Cloud Agency on March 31st and am awaiting setup.

I sent all the requested data and after changing my DNS, I received the following email yesterday.

"We’ll monitor the record propagation on our side and I’ll be in touch in the next days."

It seems to take too much time to set up.

I suggest automating this setting process or shortening the setting processing time.

I want to see the cool Brizy Builder soon. :)

  You are right. We follow a manual process to rebrand the website builder for you and it takes time. Once you have submitted all the details, the white-label implementation team usually takes two weeks to setup everything for you. Towards end of March, since the discounts were going away, there were many signups. We are busy implementing white-label for all those who signed up by March end.

  We appreciate your patience as we take little longer to rebrand the product for you.
