Brizy Cloud UX - Latency
This past couple of days Brizy cloud has giving me gray hair. Once I login everything seems fine, but when I start working on a project the builder becomes Incredible super slooooooooow.
When you are building sections adding column it slows down a bit, but when I get to the settings, like setting up fonts and sizes for the text and change the colors my page freezes. browser star asking if I want to wait or close the unresponsive window. (I never had this problem before)
I tried Firefox, chrome and edge (none had any extension running) but the problem persisted and still is.
It is becoming very frustrating, to the point that I am considering abandon the platform. honestly, I do not think anyone can design anything with this issue.
Is there any suggestion you have for me to try?

Hi Rodolfo
Let me share a video of how Brizy Cloud editor loads at my end for a comparison. https://jmp.sh/XBTwrhD
This issue does not seem to be a global issue which affects all users of Brizy Cloud. I have faced a similar issue in the past. The issue lasted for few days and it got corrected by itself. While I do not have a comprehensive understanding of why it happened, let me share few thoughts.
- This issue appears regional/local and mostly associated with a specific Internet Service Provider (ISP). If possible, try an alternate ISP and see if the same problem persists.
- If you are using a proxy server or using shared WiFi network with high security, malware protection and many other strict control systems, try using an internet connection outside your current setup.
- Try adding these Google DNS server IPs to your local network: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Hey Kc
Thank you for your reply.
I saw your video and what you showed is when you change text on a specific section, what I was referring to was when you change the font and size globaly on your styling tab on the left sidebar. that is where is gets "stuck"
Now I did try what you suggested (changing ISP) I was connected via lan cable, and switch to wifi connection and try one more time. I am happy to say that it is working so much better, still a small delay, but I can live with that.
Thank you again for your input.

I had this feeling when trying to change a global typography on a multi page site. I took 2 minutes to get it done because I think it crawls the whole sites reference. It looks like it’s doing it by hand.
when trying that yesterday it was much faster. So that might have been a brizy server thing. Do you still have this problem? Same happens when you change a global color.
