Brizy + Blocksy parallax image

Hi, i have set a parallax animated image on section, when i view on builder, effect is perfect, but when i view it without builder (normal view) image in background is positioned incorrectly and if a make a minimal resize of page, images goes in right position and effect take place correctly. How i can solve?
