Can't edit content in page

for about 2-3 days it no longer works well and I do not understand why, the plugin is updated as well as the site, when I try to insert some text or the basic text remains or it gives an error, if I try to change the text already present and update it is nothing changed

  Thank you for contacting us.

  I cannot check your website because it is,, Sito in costruzione ,,. What exact error have your encountered? Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again). Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.33 for Brizy free and 2.3.26 for Brizy Pro. 

  Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro ) and check your issue again? Also, can you please send us a video record so we could understand your issue?

  I deactivate all plugin and reistall brizy and the problem still here i make a video example but there is other thing that don't work fine, i update page and he don't update, the link for the video https://youtu.be/p0UNqrTsGiM, if you create a ticket i can give you temporary user for wordpress

  Hi Carlo,

  Can you please activate a WP default theme, then clear the browser cache and check this issue again?  If this does not help I will open a private ticket.

  I activate default theme and use undercover browsing and still happen, i can't use color global too
