Something went wrong

i am starting a new website. I can't create any page because the editor crashes with the error "Something went wrong".

I've already look other post but you always send private ticket so i can't figure it out how this problem was solved..

YES. i have the latest version 2.3.33 of brizy
YES. i have the latest version 2.3.26 of brizy pro
YES. i have the latest version 5.9.2 wordpess

i only have this 2 plugin and wordfence. Fresh new website.

  Hi Giacomo

  Can you please check and let us know the PHP version of your WordPress website? To check this at the WordPress Dashboard

  1. Click on "Tools"
  2. Click on "Site Health"
  3. Select "Info" tab on the right hand side pane
  4. Check PHP version under "Server"

  Can you also please name your hosting company?

  Please sign into Aruba Cloud Services Controller and check what security/ firewall/ protections systems are enabled for your hosting account. Example 

  1. https://www.arubanetworks.com/en-in/products/security/policy-enforcement-firewall/
  2. https://www.arubanetworks.com/en-in/products/security/unified-threat-management/
  3. https://www.arubanetworks.com/en-in/products/security/vpn-services/   

  

  Please disable any security/firewall/malware protection systems temporarily and check if you get the same error you are receiving with Brizy.
