contact form - confirmation mail does not work

Issue: contact form, confirmation mail to the writer does not work.
Hi
I'm building a Cab site (Taxi) - with an online form where my customers can request a cab drive. Everything works as it should, except the confirmation mail to the one ordering the cab drive. I have tried to use mail, but it does not work - what can I do, in order to confirm to the one ordering the cab drive; that his order has been read and understood ?

The last entry "Mail adresse" has been configured as "mail" - but how do I make an auto confirmation to my customers ???

  Thank you for your question. 

  Unfortunately, Brizy contact form doesn't permit you to configure sending of automatic confirmation e-mails to user. The form permits you to send only notification to the receiver of the e-mail. 

  I know you can achieve similar functionality as you need using WooCommerce:  https://woocommerce.com/posts/how-to-customize-emails-in-woocommerce/

  I am afraid, you should use more specified plugin to create another form, check Contact Form 7 plugin: https://contactform7.com/faq/can-i-implement-autoresponder/
