Translate and Multi Language Plugin Recommendation

I would like to ask for a recommendation about a Multi-Language Plugin for Brizzy Builder. I checked the topics here and found them too old (2 years) to rely on. I wonder what plugin Brizzy team will recommend to use to create a second language for a website that works and is SEO friendly.

  the one we recommend is TranslatePress: https://translatepress.com/ but WPML and Polylang should also work fine.
