Update issues

Hi,

When I update Brizy, I have error message and I'm unable have to go in the recovery mode to get acces to my backend.

Could you telle me how to fix this ? Because it is really annoying for me to work on the website ? :/

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  This error appears when we have an older version for Brizy Pro. Please try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again). Please make sure that you will have the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.33 for Brizy free and 2.3.26 for Brizy Pro.

  Hi Nelea,

  Thanks for coming in touch. I solved it by deactivating everything and re-install it.

  But I had to go through all my pages to have the same look as before, what is really time-consuming.

  Hi,

  In order to not occur this issue again,  in the future please update both Brizy and  Brizy Pro plugins at the same time.
