Server sync showing wrong graphics
Hi there, I have quite a serious problem after performing a small update to my cloud site. The synced version of my site does not reflect the actual site as it has missing/replaced graphics on some parts of my site. I tried downloading a HTML version of my site just to see if that would help but I found that also has the missing/replaced graphics!
I've tried re-linking some of the missing .sgv logos with no effect. If I replace the graphic or logo with a .png then it will show up. If I have to go through all of my site replacing .svg files it will take quite some time.
Also, my menu would not work in mobile view on the synced site... works fine on the .brizy.site version of my website as do all the .svgs etc... very odd. I have pro-life and pro studio accounts.
Hope there is a simple fix as my site is now down until I can sort this out.
Many thanks,
Barry

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
In your Brizy folder, in the server root, please, clear the cache folder and all content and files from the var folder - https://jmp.sh/HltmFKf
Regarding the menu issue, we've fixed the menu issue in the latest update. The menu elements should be displaying correctly in preview once you update your project. Please update your project (by clicking on the "Update" button) and check if everything works fine in the front end.
Best regards, Nelea.

Hello Nelea, thanks for getting back.
I have already tried clearing both the cache and var folders, but I don't believe this is a sync problem. My reasoning behind this is if I download the Server sync or HTML version of my site from the publish options, some .svg and some .png files are replaced with other files when viewed in any browser. When I view my cloud site (.brizy.site) everything looks and behaves as it should. Also, if I save my site layout I can see some graphics are missing in the shown thumbnail.
I will continue to play about with a copy of my site but if you could please ask the DEVs to take a look I would be very grateful.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
Could you please send us the URL of your project where you found this inconvenience?
Best regards, Nelea.

Hi, yes but please will you hide the url from the forum once you have it.
This is a copy of my site which exhibits exactly the same issues.
Try making a HTML file and you will see the differences.
Thank you for your help.Barry.

I just checked and can see my synced sites are still corrupted. Sorry if I have misunderstood, but do you mean the issue has been fixed but will not take effect until the new update is released?Kind Regards,
