Multiple pages forms

Hi there,

Is it possible to create forms with multiple pages? And if so, is it possible to combine the entries in one e-mail to admin or other back-end user?

  Brizy does not natively support a multistep form. However you can create multistep forms using a WordPress plugin or by embedding a third party form . Here are few options you can consider
