Brizy Cloud Agency -
Hi,
I purchased the CLOUD STUDIO PRO for $99 previously and this was paid up to July 2023.
Ive now upgraded to the AGENCY CLOUD. DO I get a refund of the remainder of the STUDIO PRO PLAN I paid for?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
I'm sorry but we can't return anything. First of all, you paid for what you already used, and you got a 40% discount for the Agency because you had a Lifetime plan in your account. If you didn't have a Lifetime plan, you wouldn't get a 40% discount.
Best regards, Nelea.

I understand i got a 40% discount because i earlier purchased an LTD. Im not asking about that and its irrelevant to what im asking. And what does "you paid for what you already used," mean or how does it help my query?
What i am saying is that i purchased the PRO CLOUD STUDIO Subscription when it became avilable as it was highlighted as being the highest Subscription available. No mention was made of the Agency Plan.
Then a few months later the Agency plan is released, which makes the CLOUD STUDIO subscription redundant. We should have been allowed the opportunity to either wait for the Agency Plan, or upgrade to the Agency Plan with the $99 that we already paid being deducted from the Agency Plan Cost. Otherwise, i think its best we decline the AGENCY plan discount, and just stay with the CLOUD STUDIO subscription.

Hello,
Studio PLan and Agency Plan are 2 different plans, with the Agency Plan you have the function of White Label. The White Label options is not included in the Studio Plan. When you purchased the Studio Plan, the Agency plan was not yet available. Then, we completely changed all the plans in Brizy Cloud, Studio no longer exists and other new plans have been introduced.
The Agency Plan was introduced when the new options for this plan were ready. We are always working on new options to introduce in the Brizy Plans, but we never know exactly when they will be ready because it takes some time to investigate. That's why we can announce in advance what options will be introduced in the new plans when we will change them. We make new announcements when the product is ready.
Best regards, Nelea.

i understand the difference between the plans. i am familair with the product as i have been an early adopter and long time supporter of both WP and cloud since your launch.
My frustration lies in the fact that in September last year i purchased the Studio Pro Plan in good faith and then a month later the AGENCY plan was launched. As its pointles to own both plans, i assumed it would have been possible to upgrade to the AGENCY plan using the credit from the $99 that i had just spent on the studio plan. Otherwise i just threw $99 away in one month based on followoing your recommendations. Seems like that would be a simple compromise in the best interest of customer loyalty, but unfortunately it doesnt seem like 'good faith' in this relationship runs both ways. Thats disappointing.

Hi Seb
As per our refund policy, when you purchase an annual subscription of a product, you can claim refund within the first one month. https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/4405428561297-What-if-a-customer-wants-a-refund- . You have crossed that time period that is why refund is not possible.
Most of our agency customers keep their Studio Plan as well because Studio plan is the only plan which has unlimited website for the Brizy WP and Brizy Cloud. None of our current plan has unlimited Cloud and WP licenses.

Once again, i UNDERSTAND HOW A REFUND PERIOD WORKS. Im not questioning that. Im questionining the timing of the release of products that overlap each other and the lack of appreciation that this seems like a total cash grab, since the product i thought i was purchasing became redundant after a month of having it (coincidentally when the refund period ended).
Please do not provide any more links or automated answers to basic questions that im not asking about. This was a comment to highlight how unfortunately your product releases have negatively cost some of your customers. Although Im sure this is was not intentional, i thought it might be something you would look at in good faith with the intention of showing that you also value this customer relationship, and that customer loyalty is not one sided. Dissapointingly it doesnt seem like that is the case, and for a sum of $99 seems rather short sighted.
