The same is happening now to the English version of the website: https://swissoasis.com

Only the homepage is loading. None of the menu links are working.

    Hello Erika,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have created an internal issue and one of the developers is already looking at your project. I will come back with an additional notification message as soon as possible.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Hi! It's been 24 hours since I reported my website. I'm sorry for being such a pain in the neck, but my client has a website that's practically dead. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,

    Erika

    Hi Erika

Fixing the issues with the HTML Download might take a while. In the mean time, you may want to consider one of these options

    1. Publish your website on Brizy Cloud using your custom domain https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
    2. Publish it on Netlify.com and point your domain to Netlify. https://www.brizy.io/introducing-3rd-party-free-hosting-netlify-render-fast-io-vercel

Hi Kc, thanks for your reply.

I'll try publishing my website on Brizy Cloud.

I wanted to add that when the HTML download publishing didn't work, I then did the Server Sync option, but it had the same problem, it still wasn't showing my pages. I know I did the server sync correctly because I tested doing it with other of my sites. Maybe the problem isn't just related to the HTML download?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I've published my website www.swissoasis.com on Brizy Cloud. But I can't figure out how to publish the Spanish version of this website: www.swissoasis.com/esp/  (https://raspberry6848606.brizy.site/)

Is there a tutorial that explains how to do this?

Thank you so much for help, I really appreciate it.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi Erika

I would suggest that you add a custom subdomain to your project https://raspberry6848606.brizy.site/. Please consider subdomain like esp.swissoasis.com or spanish.swissoasis.com

Please read these two articles for the procedure to add custom sub domains to a Brizy Cloud project

    1. A Record: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
    2. CNAME Record: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect-

Once you setup your custom subdomains, please also update your hyperlink here
