    Hi Tom,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.33 and Brizy Pro 2.3.26?  Also, please disable all plugins, except Brizy, and check again this issue. If still will not work switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Nineteen.  Could you please send us the URL of the page you found this inconvenience?

    Hi Nelea,

    They are the most current versions. Disabled all plugins still happens. Switched to 2022 still happens. Can't give a URL because it's when I preview the Brizy template that I'm trying to create for single posts. I would have to send you a login.  Then when I choose the Brizy template nothing happens it just uses 2022.
