I would like to change the subscription to new email.
Hi,
I changed the account email.
But the subscription still go with old email, because you charged through Paddle.
Please help me change the subscription to new Paddle account.
I had AppSumo lifetime cloud and Brizy PRO Studio plan on the same account.
I want to move AppSumo lifetime to another email to buy your Agency plan.
And keep Brizy PRO Studio plan on old email to keep my Studion plan.
Please help me.

Thank you for contacting us.
You can buy the Agency Plan from the account where you have the discount for this plan, see here. After you will purchase we will change this plan in another account, you will receive an email from us and you will have to give us a second account to move the Agency. Cloud Agency plan can't stack up on any other plans, it needs to be on a separate account. There are technical considerations for the white label options that need to be applied on the Agency account only. See please this article.
Also, we can move products, but can’t move projects in Cloud for you. If you need to move the project from one account to another one you will need to save the pages as Layout and then import them into another account.

I mean that I want to upgrade Agency plan but I also want to keep my Studion plan.
I want the old account with this email: th@gmail.com with the Brizy PRO Studio plan.
And a new account nap@gmail.com with AppSumo Deal (3 hosted domains) and
upgrade the new Agency Plan.And Does the Agency account have a CRM dashboard + Affiliate features same as your system?

You have AppSumo lifetime and Brizy PRO Studio plans on the same account (associated with thiencm85@gmail.com)
You don't need to move the Lifetime plan to another account before buying the Agency Plan. Like Nelea suggested please go ahead and buy the subscription from your current account to get the 40% discount. Once you buy the Agency Plan, you will receive an email from us and you will have an opportunity to setup your Agency Plan on a separate account later. As part of the onboarding process for the Agency Plan, you can submit your second email napoleonhill85@gmail.com and the Agency Plan will be setup on this account.

Your whitelabelled website builder platform will have a similar interface like Brizy Cloud with a different name. You can see a demo here https://admin.mysitebuilder.online/dashboard. Affiliate program is not part of the Agency Plan.

Please, clarify what is the email address that should be changed for this account.

The email changed, but the username didn't change and
I don't know how to change the new Paddle account to the subscription to Brizy PRO Studio plan(Jul 31, 2023)?
it subscripted with Paddle(dan@d.dk), I would like to subscribe with the new Paddle account(thi@gmail.com) because I still want to keep my Studio plan.
I also want to buy an upgrade Agency plan on a different email.
Do you understand me?
