Brizy Email Notification not working
I've been running my client's Google Ads, and they have received more than 500 converted clicks to this ad campaign. However, they have received no enquiry from the landing page we built for them (Brizy Cloud).
I checked the email notification setting and tested it multiple times with 4 different email accounts (gmail, yahoo and self-hosted).
I did a separate test of each email account and some with two email accounts.
All these email accounts did not receive one email notification, and I also checked the spam emails. It's been over 12 hours since the last test and there's still no notification.
Can you please look into this issue as I need a reliable system that will do the job.
I also followed this article and I believe I followed the correct steps.

I added my email address to receive Email Notification every time someone submits the form. Then I tested the form. I have received the Form Data in my email. Since I have received it, other two email addresses should also receive it.
We do not know if the info@websitedomain.com email is setup correctly and someone@me.com is a real email address. Try using an email address that someone uses on a daily basis. If the client has a Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail email that they use on a regular basis, try that email.By the way all your leads are stored in Brizy Cloud and you can find it by clicking on Leads here
