Hello, I work on a Brizy Cloud hosted website that has been experiencing downtime issues. Staff members of my client have been saying they are getting a 404 error with the page saying "The requested URL / was not found on this server. Apache/2.4.38 (Ubuntu) Server at Port 80". I've tried using Incognito Windows and sometimes the website loads properly, and other times I get the 404 error. My client first noticed it yesterday, and I thought it had fixed itself, but a different staff member (with a different computer) got the error again today. Any ideas as to why this is?

  It's hard to say. Throughout the past 2 days, I've been getting that 404 issue about 25% of the time, which makes it hard to tell if it's actually fixed. Right now I'm getting not getting the error but I'm hesitant to think it's fixed. Do you have any ideas as to why this issue occurred? Searching the support forum I found quite a few instances of this happening. It's not a huge deal, but I would like to be able to explain to my client why it is happening rather than just say "I'm crossing my fingers it doesn't happen again".

  Great thanks. Can you relay any additional information as to what was fixed? Was it related to the Brizy Cloud update that was released recently? I'm just trying to understand what happened so I better explain to my clients. Thanks again!
