Upgrade from LTD to Agency plan

As I understood that the Agency discount for LTD customers is expiring, so I'm considering upgrading.

But my question is - will I loose my LTD license and conditions once I upgrade to Agency plan?   ... or with other words - if I upgrade now from LTD to Agency plan will it be possible in the future to downgrade back to my LTD if I have to?

  Hi Viktor,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You can upgrade to Agency Cloud Plan from your account, see here, you will have 40% discount and you will not lose your LTD plan. You can not do a downgrade to the plan.

  If you purchased the Agency Cloud Plan, it will be transferred to another account. This plan can't stack up on any other plans, it needs to be on a separate account. There are technical considerations for the white label options that need to be applied on the Agency account only.

  Thank you Nelea, for your reply. Do I understand correctly, that if I purchase now Agency plan (with my LTD discount) I will keep my LTD account too?! So, actuality I will have both LTD and Agency plan at the same time as two separate accounts? Best regards, Viktor SPAM"

  Yes, you are right. But you have to buy the agency plan from your account to get a 40% discount.
