Brizy pro lizenz

Hello,

I have renewed my Brizy Pro license on 24.02.22. But in my account all my licenses are set to "expired".

When linking to the views-marketing.de site, I get no notice and the Pro license is active.

At sandrakhalil.de I get an error message in the backend that my license has expired.

What can I do?

Can you activate my license renewal in my account?

  Hello Natalie,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  For 2 years you had licenses in the account from the Themfude plan, which already expired. Then you have both a new plan, Agency Wordpress plan with the new license. When the Themefuse plan expired, the licenses expired too. Each plan generates its own licenses, and these licenses cannot be extended if you change the plan. So now you have to re-enter the licenses for all the sites. Sorry for this inconvenience but this is how our licensing system works.
