  Can you please specify if you have this problem with Brizy WordPress or Brizy Cloud?

  If the issue is in  Brizy Worpress, could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.33and Brizy Pro 2.3.26? If you temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem?

  If the issue is in Brizy Cloud please sent us the URL of your project.

  Hi Nelea,

  It is Brizy WordPress, and yes I used the latest versions. It can't be changed to the default theme since it will display totally wrong.

  Hi Oliver,

  This space usually appears due to the theme you are using. Can you please try to switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Nineteen? Also, please check the customize tab of the theme that you are using? Also, what theme do you use? Can you send de URL of your website?
