画像が挿入できない

brizy proのバージョン2.3.26

画像を挿入しようと思ってもメディアが表示されず画面が固まってしまいます。

どうしたらよいですか。

  ビデオレコードが容量的に遅れないので、

  画像で送ります。

  アップロードのアイコンをクリックすると、固まります。
