sync error

I have problems with the synchronization of the brizy pages to my hosting.

I have written to the Hosting Provider and they sent me this

it seems that the error seems to be a programming error. Kindly check the issue with the help of your developer.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  In your Brizy folder, in the server root, please, clear the cache folder and all content and files from the var folder - https://jmp.sh/HltmFKf ,  If it will not work, we create a ticket with ftp credentials.
