Mega menu carousel post not working

I created a mega menu for categories and I add a carousel element inside the mega menu. When we load in front end and check all inner element in carousel element join to like this kindly check this.

  And when we click in any arrow this loads properly so is there any issue from my side or the development side.

  The carousel element within a mega menu does not seem to work well. You may need to consider alternate design options like placing the categories within columns with icons and a category name within each column.
