    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

If you add another new button do you have the same error? Do you have a problem with a button or does this error appear on all buttons? Can you please try to duplicate the button with the error then delete the old one and check if the problem still occur.

Could you, please, check if you are using latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.33 and Brizy Pro 2.3.26?

Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro) and check this issue again?

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hey Nelea,

Yes this problem occurs on all buttons, i already tried duplicating but nothing works, whenever i click on the button to change it i'm redirected to the URL : ?page_id=52281&brizy-edit-iframe with an error.

I'm using the latest versions of brizy and brizy pro.

I'll try to deactivate plugins and see if it works.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Hello - I'm having this same exact issue! I updated the plugins, tried editing my button and tried adding a new button.

    Hi Brenda,

These themes work well with Brizy. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. Can you change your theme from Philanthropy Child to Blocksy or another theme from the list and see if this problem resolves?

At this time, I'd prefer to not do that and find a temporary solution as we are doing a website redesign later this year and I don't want to completely break any of our current pages/feel.

    Are there any other solutions?

    Hi Brenda,

You are right. Looks like your page header and footer are designed using the Philanthropy theme. Hence it isn't a good idea to change your theme.

The root cause behind the issue you have mentioned appears theme incompatibility with Brizy. For this issue, changing theme is the only solution.

If you would like to confirm if this is the actual cause behind the issue, please consider this. Create a staging site and try changing the theme and check if the button issue gets resolved.
