Border on Hover for Button not working

Trying to add a pink border around button on hover but it is not working. See attached screenshot. I believe it is missing a dropdown where you can choose the type of border such as "solid", etc. Please advise.

  I tried to reproduce the problem you reported but all seems to work just fine , please see this video. From your screenshot ii see that the border color is almost like the button color, so in that way you can not see the border well. Can you please try to change the border color ?

  The hover background color is white and the border should be pink. Doesn't work. You can see in the screenshot it is #ffffff.

  Thanks but I know how to do it; it's just not working. Also the video cuts off abruptly but thanks anyway.
