    Hi Glen,

    Thank you for contacting us.

If you upgrade from Studio to Agency Plan, then you will pay the difference between the plans. The Studio plan will disappear and you will have only Agency Plan with a white label option.

If you want to change the credit card payment you will need to go to your Account, click on Payment and scroll down until you will see Update. Please click on Update and change the credit card.

    Best regards, Nelea.

I have subscribed to the white label plan, but it is showing the end as 1 year from now, and showing my previous subscription running in addition to the white label subscriptions (it shows I have 2 subscriptions). What is going on here?

    Hi Glen,

Everything is correct in your account.

When you purchased Brizy Lifetime Plan you received Brizy Cloud Studio, and this plan expires on October 15, 2022. Then you purchased the Studio Plan separately, and this plan is valid for another year after the first Studio Plan expires. With these plans, everything is right.

White Label Plan cannot be set and the same account as Studio plan, it must be transferred to another separate account. After you had purchased the Agency White Label Plan you received an email with all the necessary information and what you should do to get it activated. Please search this email and send all the necessary information so that we can activate the White label in your account. We sent you this email, on March 23rd.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Forgive me for my frustration here, but these two communications about what happens are very different from each other, and you are telling me everything is correct in my account? I do not want 2 subscriptions, I have 19 months of service that I do not need on a plan that was supposed to upgrade, and I collaborators that I need to contact to move to a different account? Please clarify this situation as I believe much of my understanding of what you said has been wrong.

    Hi Glen

Let me explain what you are getting with the recent purchase you have made. On one account you have the Agency plan. With the Agency plan, you can have a white-labelled website builder of your own. Let's say you decide to launch Glen Cloud; you can have a domain like Glen.cloud and when your customer signs up with Glen.cloud, they can create websites with sub domains like subdomain.glen.site. You can have up to 100 customers with Glen.cloud. Take a look at this blog post for more details. https://www.brizy.io/introducing-brizy-cloud-white-label

You also have a studio plan which gives you unlimited WordPress licenses and unlimited number of Brizy Cloud projects. You can continue to take benefit of this plan in the second account.

Do you now see that it is beneficial for you to have two subscriptions instead of one? We are sorry that we have not communicated this accurately in an earlier comment. We apologize for that mistake.

Do I have the option of moving all of my current projects from my Cloud Studio account to my Agency White Label plan?

    Hi Glen,

Yes; you can move your projects from the Studio plan to the Agency plan. Please consolidate all of your projects into a single workspace. Then send a request for the transfer of your projects to your Agency account to support@brizy.io. Please include the name of the workspaces to be transferred in your email.
