  I checked both links and in both cases the website was working and I could access it. Please try to clear all the browser and server cache. Hope this helps!

  Looks like the domain http://vasantsakpal.com sometimes opens and sometimes it does not. This happens possibly because you have two A Records associated with your domain

  

  Can you login to your Domain Control panel and delete the A Record: 2.57.90.16?
