SSL Certificate - Wordpress Plugin
Hello,
I Recently acquired a Managed SSL Certificate in GoDaddy.
They asked me for the following information:
It appears that you have a subscription to a Wordpress plugin from this developer that you may use on your site. This does not give us the access we need to install the Managed SSL. We would need either cpanel or plesk access or server access where the site is hosted to install the Managed SSL. We would advise working with your site developer to obtain that login information and reply here so we can finish the Managed SSL installation.
We are eager to solve this problem ASAP and need your support.
Please help us with this information so we can proceed.
Kind Regards,
Guilherme Pereira da Silva

Hi Heinz
Let me describe what I have understood based on the email from DLT 360 Consulting.
- You have a WordPress website which you have hosted with either GoDaddy or another hosting company
- You bought a managed SSL certificate from GoDaddy and you have approached DLT 360 Consulting for help with installing the certificate.
- DLT 360 Consulting needs access to your hosting server account to help you with installing the SSL certificate.
If what I have described above is accurate, these are the three options you have to install SSL on your server
- If you have signed up with your hosting company (for hosting your WordPress website), pass on the hosting company username and password to DLT 360 Consulting for them to install SSL on your behalf.
- If you would like to install the SSL certificate yourself without the help of DLT 360 Consulting, do a search on Google about installing SSL certificate with your hosting company. For example, if you host with GoDaddy search for "install SSL certificate with GoDaddy" and follow the instructions from your hosting company. Eg: https://in.godaddy.com/help/install-my-ssl-certificate-16623
- If you work with a wed developer and he/she handles hosting of your website, take his/her help to install the SSL certificate.

Hello George,
Let me paint the picture more clearly:
1- We have a website created completely on Brizy, and a domain bought in GoDaddy. Our domain was added in the GoDaddy website, and those were the only two providers we have ever used.
2- We recently lost our SSL certificate (no warnings were sent) and looking for the quickest alternative, we contacted GoDaddy, who is requiring the hosting server account to install the certificate.
3- We have never used WordPress, so this confused us a lot.In a nutshell, we only operate in Brizy and GoDaddy.
GoDaddy asked for us to reach Brzy Support to get the login information they need to install the SSL certificate.
Is there such information?
Kind Regards,

We basically only want an SSL Certificate for our website.
Can Brizy provide that ASAP?
If so, we can cancel our services with GoDaddy.
We are just looking for the quickest resolution.0 -
Hi Heinz
Can you please share the URL of your website which requires the SSL?
You said "We have never used WordPress, so this confused us a lot". Is your website with Brizy Cloud? If your website is with Brizy Cloud, you don't need an SSL certificate from GoDaddy. If you let us know your website URL, we can fix the SSL problem for you
