Chat bot like button (sticky)

Hi

I wanted to create a sticky popup (comparable to all the chatbot sticky buttons we know).

I watched this movie about creating popups. I wanted to setup the triggers but when I make the pop-up global, I don't have the option "display conditions". How can I access the setup the triggers? I want to display the pop-up automatically.
