Hi,

1) Is there a way to set conversion tracking on form submission for Google ads/Analytics?

2) Is there a way to go to a thank you page on a form submission?

  2 Yes, it is possible to redirect users after they submit the form. For this, you have to click on the "Submit" button and go to Links. Here you will find the "Redirect" option. Here you have to place the redirect link. https://jmp.sh/ACRwbbw
