Cannot add ANY meta data

I did a search for add meta data in Brizy Cloud.  I found this post: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360076988911-Blogging-Meta-Descriptions that says meta data can only be added at the site level, not the page level.  It shows this image https://jumpshare.com/v/OX01yaRPv94CFQzHgCD9 

I can't get that to come up on my project.  It would be adequate, since it's a one page site, but it's not there! 

How do I put in meta data?

  Just found it. 

  Hamburger Icon>Page>click on the name of the page to open the SEO window.  

  Well hidden.  Struggled to find it even though I've seen it in the past.
