Embedded video thumbnail display
I have two pages I am using for testing as I develop a new website. On the page made with straight WordPress (2022 theme) the embedded video shows the first frame, which is what I want. On the page made with Brizy it shows blank.
How do I fix this?

I checked the page where you say you encounter a problem and everything seems to be working just fine. Can you please do this following two steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest versions of the Brizy plugin: Free 2.3.33 and Pro 2.3.26.
2. Clear all the browser and server cache.

Hi Doina,
When you say it's working fine, do you see the thumbnail of the video on the Brizy page?
I cleared cache in the website and reloaded the page. Same result. I also loaded the page in incognito mode and in MS Edge (have been using Chrome). Same result.
I hate clearing browser cache. I will if your answer to the question of what you see is Yes.

I did clear the browser cache in MS Edge and tested it there. Same result, I do not see the thumbnail in the Brizy page.

I just tested this on Brizy Cloud. See https://mandarin9649096.brizy.site/ It's the last video at the bottom. Note that some of the other videos do display the first frame. The ones that don't have other issues, such as the hosting platform or the length of the video.
