apply template to menu item

Hello, I work with wp. I have created 2 templates according to this video:

I have a menu item called NEWS. How can I show the Blog archive that I have created in the page NEWS?

  Hi Ignacio

  To link your Category Archive page to your News menu, please follow these steps

  1. At the WordPress Dashboard under Posts, click on Categories and hover your mouse over the specific category and then click on "View".
  2. Your Category Archive page will open. Copy the URL of the category archive page from the browser address bar.
  3. Under Appearance - Menu, select the appropriate menu. On the left side, click on "Custom Links" and paste the URL you have copied.
  4. Type "News" in the Link text and click on "Add to Menu" button.
