Account question, possible refund request
My account just renewed but I haven't been using Brizy as my website isn't live. I just got an email saying my account was renewed and $50 or so was taken from my account. I have two questions. Firstly have the limits changed for personal accounts? I'm sure I could use Brizy pro on 3 websites. But anyway as I haven't been using it on even one I am considering requesting a refund. How do I go about doing this please?

Yes, starting with October 2021 all plans have changed, see here. For you, for the old plans, nothing changes. If you do not cancel the subscription then the old plan with the old options remains. Please advise should we process the refund?
