Hi I want to choose a pro template because I have pro plan. but it keeps telling me that the template is locked and upgrade to pro and I have already have a pro plan

  You have Agency Plan in Worpress, all the pro options are included and activated in this plan. Perhaps you try to add a pro template in Brizy Cloud, where you did not have included the pro options.
